All payments made to Trip Expert International for services are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Refunds may only be considered under specific conditions described below.
2. Service-Based Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:

The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Consultation fees
Service processing fees
Administrative charges
Completed or partially completed services
Fees paid for third-party services arranged on your behalf
2.2 Refundable Services (If Applicable)
In rare cases, a refund may be issued only if:
The service was not delivered as agreed
A technical or administrative error occurred on our part
A duplicate payment was made by the customer
Refunds for these cases will be evaluated individually by our management team.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service:
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
Any approved refund will be subject to administrative deductions
4. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Processing may take 7–14 business days
Trip Expert International is not responsible for bank delays or third-party payment processing times
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind
Personal circumstances
Misunderstanding of service details
Delays caused by customer inaction
6. Third-Party Fees
We are not responsible for:
Fees charged by banks
Transaction charges
Third-party service provider costs
These fees are non-refundable.
